The SmartCIO program is well suited for either organizations with CIO’s that need senior extensions of themselves, or the smaller organization that does not have a CIO.

In any scenario, we analyze the situation and provide you the right services and tools that will help you reach your objectives. Depending on the scope, the Smart CIO program is delivered on a project basis or retainer basis. Once initiated either a principal of the firm is assigned to work with you and your team or a dedicated professional is provided to be on-site for the duration of the engagement.
