FORMER CEO, MIKE DIYESO, JOINS DHARA CONSULTING GROUP AS LEAD ADVISOR TO ADVANCE INNOVATION

DiYeso will work toward taking Dhara to its next level of innovation.

Rockville, MD—Jan 1st, 2008—Dhara Consulting Group. (www.dharacg.com) today announced the appointment of Mike DiYeso as Lead Advisor. Dhara is an innovative IT services firm which provides sustainable IT solutions that focus on the long-term success of its clients.

DiYeso will advance the innovative efforts of Dhara Consulting Group and will provide strategic guidance that will prepare its team for the challenges of the phenomenal growth track ahead.

DiYeso is the President and CEO of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, a non-profit organization that teaches young people their responsibilities in society.

Prior to becoming President of the Freedoms Foundation, DiYeso served as President of the Uniform Code Council in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, where he achieved seemingly unprecedented success. Not only was DiYeso helpful in practical matters like cutting costs, but he also introduced new innovative procedures that helped the organization become a huge success in the market.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Haven, West Haven, Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University, Pleasantville, New York.
